It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure adequate access is available.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

FURNITURE

EX-DISPLAY FULLY ASSEMBLED FURNITURE:

All Ex-display furniture is sold as seen with NO WARRANTY or RETURNS.

BRAND NEW FULLY ASSEMBLED FURNITURE:

Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 14 days of delivery for replacement or refund.

BRAND NEW FLAT PACKED FURNITURE:

Furniture which has been supplied flat packed has WARRANTY against any damage or manufactures defects but only BEFORE being assembled. If furniture is found to be faulty or defective, please report it to us immediately for replacement.

Once furniture has been assembled or part assembled WARRANTY or RETURNS are NOT ACCEPTED under any circumstances.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Items are sold on a first come first serve basis.

A deposit will secure the item for later collection or delivery. Items will not be released until full payment has been received.

Some of the items for sale are ex display, cancelled orders, non-delivery or end of line products.
There may be slight imperfections or small signs of wear, however, this is reflected in the price.

It is the buyers’ responsibility to check items at point of sale, as all items are sold as seen. With the exception of Brand New Items (Please see warranty info above)
